This past summer (2017), Distinguished Designs created a flooring surface for our newly constructed lanai (covered patio). The staff worked with us to create the best colored and textured surface to complement the adjacent colors and textures of both the outdoor kitchen stone and the swimming pool pavers.

I'm happy to be a reference for anyone thinking about it, mine is over 4 years old, so far there are zero problems. I haven't even done the recommended reseal that is needed on any exterior coating and it's still in great shape.

Distinguished Designs has completed two major projects for me. These included placing a new surface on the areas surrounding our pool and patio as well as refinishing our garage floor. Both jobs were completed on schedule. The results were better than expected. There were no unexpected costs. I would highly recommend these DD. I'm confident you'll be happy with the results.
